I just had my last cigarrette, the weather is still great and I am sure this is when the road goes up hill, and I need all the focus I can to get to the top. I can do it.

Another day another dollar, the smoking thing... not going to well. I had my first one this morning before I left to go to work, the excuse I gave myself was that the car needed warming up before I drive it to work!!.
I am now at work after a long journey of traffic and slow driving... i am sure a lot of you will relate! I do have a rule and don't smoke in the car, as i don't like the smell!! How strange is that... I don't like the smell of something that I can't stop doing, is this some sort of Mazuquist behaviour? I know it's not good for me, yet I just can't stop!!
I am sitting at my desk and it's a lovelly day outside, the sun is shinning and it looks warm, I am running my morning reports and getting my paperwork ready for the team who need it, and I am already thinking about enjoying some of this great morning downstairs with the rest of the smokers in the building, the five minutes spent outside chatting about nothing, catching up with any sport currently on, and maybe the latest office gossip... as well as the trusty cigarette, I would like to have the same five minutes with the same people or even any others, without the cigarrete, but would that be seen as taking the piss by teh rest of my fellow coleagues?
